everyone was very caring and profesional from the porter,receptionist,the aneasatist and prof Mark emberton all the nurses where wonderful thank you all so much

The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

Although initially a 5 week period of radiotherapy treatment seemed very lengthy the receptionists ,the radiotherapy nurses,Laura and Dr Smith made it pass much more quickly with their very friendly and empathetic service.I would not hesitate to recommend the centre.

Excellent care and facilities

I would highly recommend the Private GP Practice, Eisman Myers, at Golders Green. I have seen Dr Eisman on a number of occasions over the last couple of years, and every time we end the consultation I walk out with a spring in my step having been reassured in every way possible. She is highly professional, thorough, patient, friendly and extremely reassuring, and I continue to recommend her, and the practice generally, to family and friends.

Excellent service that is very user friendly. Oncologists answer your questions and treat you with respect and provide actionable advice to treat cancer in an effective, easy and inexpensive manner.

Very welcoming reception and we did not wait long to be seen .

Everyone was so caring and knowledgeable

Not a good experience. I was referred by my physio for an MRI on my foot, and at no point was I told that the scan would include both my foot and ankle as separate items. I assumed it would all be part of one scan. I was charged for both separately, which brought the total to £1,050—an unexpectedly high amount, especially for a young person trying to manage costs. I was not given any quote or cost breakdown beforehand, which is extremely disappointing.I had the scan done on a Tuesday and was told I’d receive the results within 24–48 hours, but I didn’t get them until a week later. The lack of communication, unexpected charges, and delays made this a very frustrating experience overall. Never ever one to complain but this meant a massive deal to me!
