Very friendly and helpful staff. The whole experience is very smooth.

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.

Hemmen is an incredible nurse with a great understanding of functional health. He has made a genuine and personalised effort, helping me connect the dots between symptoms, lifestyle, and long-term wellness rather than “quick fix” advice. His advice is practical and sustainable. He’s also just a great person to work with. He is super supportive, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in his clients’ progress. Parkside Hospital's staff is friendly and caring. The hospital is extremely well organised and the atmosphere relaxing. Patients are treated like individuals. The warmth and friendliness of the reception staff is helpful when one is nervous and in pain.

Love working at queens court. Diana General Manager is always welcoming. Today i really enjoyed seeing everyone come in for the dementia seminar.
