Extremely professional and friendly so really made my daughter feel at ease about her situation and surgery. Excellent communication and ensured all was clear. Just all round one of the best experiences for medical treatment we have had.

Doctor Vemulapalli was fantastic at communicating with my young daughter. He put her mind at ease during every step and was playful with her too. He had a great ethos with our child and was very thorough at helping us to find answers to our daughter's ailments.

He was good and answered all my questions.

Very calm makes you feel comfortable

Felt very relaxed and comfortable, he listened to all my concerns and I left with no confusion or questions unanswered.

We took my 4 month old baby to see Mr Mifsud due to concerns around his hip. We had been referred by our GP to our local NHS hospital but there was a long wait so we thought we’d use our private health care cover to get our son seen quicker. Mr Mifsud was kind, compassionate and very gentle when dealing with us as worried parents. His interaction with my son was very calm and lovely to see- he did not rush the examination and spent some time speaking to my baby (although he’s obviously too young to talk back) and my son was smiling at him the whole time. He clearly put my son at ease! I should mention that I am a qualified medical doctor in another specialty so I think in my mind I have a certain standard of communication/ consultation skills I think is “ok” or “acceptable”. Mr Mifsud was outstanding in every way. He took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. My son had an X-ray which thankfully was all normal so no surgery required We left the appointment feeling very reassured. Thank you Mr Mifsud

Mr Anand completed the surgery as planned with great professionalism. He answered all my questions about the procedure in a clear manner and was a pleasure to deal with.

I had a fantastic experience with Prof Imam and the team. All went very quickly. Had my distal biceps repaired, and all went well. Would have the whole thing done again if needed!
