The medical support by Dr. Ajai Seth is excellent. He takes all the time that is needed to answer my questions sharing his profound knowledge in a way that is relatable to me. As a patient I feel taken seriously with my concerns. His support staff is very friendly.

Giulia has been my osteopath for the past 6-7 months. I initially visited her because I had a stiff neck and couldn’t move properly. After experiencing her amazing care, I decided to also address my shoulder issues, which I’ve had since I was a teenager but had always postponed treating. As this is a stubborn area, she always explains what she plans to do and why, which I really appreciate. She makes me feel very comfortable, and she is always gentle with me. I went to see Dr Singh in Chiswick after both my GP and my local NHS hospital could not figure out what was wrong with me. He undertook a through history and examination and asked the question that no one else had - why? Why had I lost weight, had pain around my hips, fluid around my lung and heart. He made a diagnosis (PMR and GCA) and this was proven correct by the rapid investigations he undertook. He started me on treatment and I immediately felt better within 24 hours. What I especially appreciate was that he arranged transfer into his NHS clinic in order to access specialist biologic medication and throughout the entire process, he always kept me informed & uptodate. I started off as a medical mystery & flummoxed both GPs and consultants at my local hospital. It shows the expertise and skills that Dr Singh has that he was able to give me a diagnosis virtually instantly and set me on the path to recovery.
