The medical support by Dr. Ajai Seth is excellent. He takes all the time that is needed to answer my questions sharing his profound knowledge in a way that is relatable to me. As a patient I feel taken seriously with my concerns. His support staff is very friendly.

My experience has been great, I have no complaints. All of my appointments have been clear and I fully understand what is happening each time. The procedure was quick and I have healed quicker and stronger than expected.

Sam has been excellent with me from start to finish. He recognised I had concerns, empathised and ultimately got to me the right place to make the right decision. The overall care was superb and I’m very grateful to Sam and his team for how they looked after me. Not long now and I wi be running again !!

Mr Gulati operated to replace my left hip a little while ago and, when the right hip needed replacing, I was certain that I wanted him to operate once again. Mr Ibrahim, is very professional, has an impressive and extensive knowledge on hip and knee replacement. I felt very well looked after from the start of the explanations though to the operation, recovery period and final check after 6 weeks to verify that the procedure had gone to plan and that the insufferable hip pain I had at the start was thankfully completely gone. If ever my other hip goes I will definitely be back, thank you to Mr Ibrahim and his wonderful secretary Emma for looking after me so well.
