Lovely clinic - have been coming here for months now for my appointments.

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly

Cannot fault hospital or staff

As before, friendly took time to listen to me and went through information so I understood. Great service.

The receptionist was very welcoming and checked me in rather than me doing it on the tablet. Which I appreciated.

Had initial problems with booking but Jo was very good sorting out later

I was well looked after in comfortable surroundings with good care from all hospital staff.

Excellent experience scheduling and meeting with Dr. Thomas. A very supportive and informative discussion; all my questions were thoroughly addressed and the support staff as well were helpful and kind. Overall a brilliant service provided.

Would not hesitate to have future surgery at practice plus if needed in the future
