The staff at Northway Clinic are very polite and the Clinic itself is always kept very clean.

The staff are absolutely amazing and warm welcoming, the clinic is beautiful, definitely would recommend and use again! The nurse Maya was so gentle and patient, She made sure all my needs were met and was very professional. Many thanks

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

The HCA practice at The Shard is a very convenient outpatients medical centre with a number of experts who I've seen in recent years. Consultations are easy to arrange and convenient and diagnostic facilities excellent
