Very satisfactory - people were really helpful

For pre and post consultations I was seen by Mr. Aho in Devonshire Street whilst the operation was at The Princess Grace Hospital. My experience on all three occasions was very positive from Mr. Aho himself, staff and facilities.

She takes the time to explain things clearly, making sure you understand your condition and options without ever feeling rushed. Dealing with heart issues is daunting, but with Dr. Castiello, I always felt in safe hands. Her attention to detail and thoughtful approach made a real difference, not just for me but for my family too. She listens, she reassures, and most importantly, she makes you feel looked after. What sets her apart is her dedication—not just to cardiology, but to people. She treats her patients with kindness and respect, always making sure they feel supported. It’s rare to find someone so skilled yet so down-to-earth, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been under her care.
