Not focussing on food but the feelings that were covered helped me process all that stood in the way if living my life. It’s so easy to do nothing, but it’s much more powerful to act and fight for your right to live. I worked hard for years. Found peace and the love of my life (literally being in treatment) who I can call my husband. The greatest thing I ever learned is to love and be loved in return.
