Excellent facility

Within seconds of walking in the door, I was greeted by friendly smiley staff. Within minutes of checking in and filing out my registration, a nurse came to get me to take me to a waiting area where I was for less than 5 minutes before the doctor call me through. Very impressed with my service

Very good customer service. The optician was very polite and efficient. He made feel very confident that I was getting the best treatment. Alan was also very polite, efficient and helpful. The selection of glasses was very good. I feel I can recommend Smithdown Eyecare with confidence.

Having had previous investigations at local hospitals I found Aiden Lee and team at CHEC to be fantastic friendly staff on reception and friendly and knowledgeable staff throughout the unit
