I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

I was late due to being at the wrong hospital but the staff called and gave me guidance and rebooked me in the same day and were all extremely helpful and friendly
