Very welcoming reception and we did not wait long to be seen .

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

Highly recommend. Very professional felt in good hands all the way through. Very quick to respond and had all the answers when needed.

The team at the Lister at The Portland was fabulous. Unlike other clinics, you were not just a number and put through a machine. Check-in staff knew my first name, emails were replied to quickly, ad hoc requests accommodated with no fuss. Everyone was friendly, kind, and empathetic. Nurses were super patient with demonstrating how to administer medication, re-checking dosages etc, theatre personnel were full of levity and, when appropriate, seriousness. Finance staff were super keen to help too. The emergency line was a huge help and no question or situation too minor.

It was lovely. The doctor and nurses are so good. They explained really well and make you feel comfortable. Thank you.

I was late due to being at the wrong hospital but the staff called and gave me guidance and rebooked me in the same day and were all extremely helpful and friendly
