A top class service from Ritchie and Dr Chris. I had no prior knowledge of TRT before finding Urban TRT and the amount of help and information I received was second to none. Emails are answered really quick at all times of the day or night by Ritchie. I had no hesitation about starting TRT with this company at all. Visiting Northsdawn Hospital in Caterham 21.05.25. - 22.03.25. Overall experience was really marvelous and superb. Crew was very friendly, empathic and professional. Hospital was very clean and tidy. After open hernia surgery, nurses and doctors was very helpful, everyone smile and you can feel high standards. To sum up, recommended hospital for patients, you can trust those personnel.
