It was so refreshing to finally have a straightforward experience with a doctor who simply understood and actioned my request—to have a blood sample taken for a private food allergy test—without the usual 4-week wait or worse being told “no” because it's not a test that's provided on the NHS. The doctor was very friendly, and the whole process—from enquiry, to registration, to having the procedure done—was seamless and easy. The hospital is conveniently located, the receptionists are welcoming. The hospital building is well-kept and clean.

Altogether excellent

The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.
