The reception team was fantastic — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with scheduling and working around my availability. Everything felt smooth, professional, and relaxed from start to finish. This is a wonderful place. It is hard to imagine that one could enjoy coming for treatment - but I do. I meet the kindest of people in a comfortable, clean, happy place. Thank you to all at LOC for your kindness, generosity and sense of fun.

For pre and post consultations I was seen by Mr. Aho in Devonshire Street whilst the operation was at The Princess Grace Hospital. My experience on all three occasions was very positive from Mr. Aho himself, staff and facilities.
