Very professional yet friendly and reassuring. Very knowledgeable about IBS and all the possible implications. Dealt with my questions and queries. Gave me excellent advice and possible ways forward which put my mind at rest. Gave me time, no clock watching.

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.

In addition to being very knowledgeable, she is kind and patient, really listens to your concerns and preferences and gives great personalised advice. She's made the whole process easy and enjoyable and the small tweaks she suggested were easy to incorporate into a busy schedule. After just three sessions with her, I already feel much better and I'm confident I can continue to make healthier choices on my own. Thank you so much for the help!
