I would particularly like to highlight Mary; she treated my mother with the highest level of respect, kindness, compassion, and care, going above and beyond to assist with my mum's condition. Sarah helped me out so much with understanding the issues I had from overloading my running training. Very straight to the point and helpful advice and exercises that got me back on my feet and able to run the marathon this year which I thought was going to be out of the picture.
