They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

It was so refreshing to finally have a straightforward experience with a doctor who simply understood and actioned my request—to have a blood sample taken for a private food allergy test—without the usual 4-week wait or worse being told “no” because it's not a test that's provided on the NHS. The doctor was very friendly, and the whole process—from enquiry, to registration, to having the procedure done—was seamless and easy. That’s exactly what people want: clear communication, no hurdles, just the service you need, when you need it.

Found the staff to be very welcoming and efficient.

Dr Michelle McCreesh was lovely and had lovely bedside manner and made me feel at ease. The option of going to the phlebotomist for blood tests was excellent as I tend to need them for my blood to be taken.

The facilities and the organisation of the day were excellent

Clean, efficient

Can’t recommend this clinic enough! Had an amazing coil removal experience, I felt so listened to but mostly I just felt like a real person rather than a patient. My reason for getting my coil out was a combination of being ready to get pregnant & being more than a little fed up of the very painful periods I’d been having, and Dr. Anne was understanding (and even recommended a medication to take if I should ever want to get a coil fitted again!) and just wonderful to chat to. Super special place!!!
