Very professional, timely and efficient process

We have always had a good experience on the 12th floor at Royal Free.

Receptionists were on the phone and clearly acknowledged me when I sat down waiting for them to get off the phone. Bloke comes in and stands staring at them on the phone and they treat him as first in line. Incredibly insanely rude.

The hospital is clean and welcoming

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

First class, both in the professional assessment by Dr Roberts and the fitting of a BP.monitor to record my BP in the following day

It’s a very good hospital and very convenient for me to visit from work I’ve been impressed

Staff friendly, no long waiting time , free parking, free tea and coffee. Can’t ask for much more
