Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)

Excellent service, reception customer service, politeness, tone and professional. Appointment handled with equally professional approach. CQC Would be very impressed indeed
