Dr Michelle McCreesh was lovely and had lovely bedside manner and made me feel at ease. The option of going to the phlebotomist for blood tests was excellent as I tend to need them for my blood to be taken.

My overall experience on the visit to the Mole clinic was excellent and I would have no problem in recommending the clinic to family and friends. You perform a very valuable service and I hope you continue for many years to come.

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.
