My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).
