Mr Marshall arrange to see me at short notice. He explained the situation to me quickly and clearly and helped to get my scans sorted. I was back with him for a 2nd appointment to resolve everything in under a week. By the end of the second appointment I was very happy with the situation and the explanation and felt well looked after.

My experience of Mr Crinnion having, had 2 surgeries one 4 years ago and another 16 days ago has been beyond exceptional. He is an extremely good communicator of the process , procedure and risks . In addition my experience of my 2 surgeries has also been excellent with recovery far quicker and post surgical pain well below what I was expecting. I am very pleased I found Mr Khatib to carry out my ear reduction. I have been self conscious of my ears since I was a child. Mr Khatib took his time to listen to my concerns and he fully explained the options to me. During the procedure, he kept me informed of what he was doing and really made me feel at ease. I am very pleased with the reduction. The new shape looks very natural. My ears still look like my ears but an improved version. I would thoroughly recommend him.
