Dr Ricardo Jose was very comforting and explained my medical diagnosis including the CT Scan report in clear words. He is very assuring and the best pulmonologist. I am in very good hands.

Dr Hassan was very approachable and patient. He explained proposed plans clearly.

I would say that it is the most effective and professional treatment, that I have ever had and I have got a history of 7+years of various cancer treatments as well as an emergency surgery 9 months ago. The pre and post care has been exceptional. To be given an allocated nurse, to support your aftercare is such a plus. All doctors and surgeons I encountered were open and friendly and left no questions unanswered. I felt safe the entire time and that is so important. All staff that I cared for me were friendly and knowledgeable. The pre-op program is fantastic and the cleanliness outstanding. The food was very appetising. My one negative point is that there was no lid on my private toilet, I find that unhygienic!

Dr Wilson was the most wonderful doctor in every way. He was so reassuring during a really tough time and clear and straightforward in the most helpful way possible! If I could give him 10 stars I would!

As always Dr Rama was kind and supportive. She compared the latest X-ray with previous ones and explained the improvement. She will follow up changing medications.

Mr Marco Scarci is an outstanding surgeon. I had major rib plating surgery and was walking my dog along the beach 8 days later due to his amazing work. He is kind, professional and very understanding. In my opinion, he is one of the best surgeons out there, if not the best. Excellent! Highly recommend him.

Dr Crispin Hiley is kind, caring and very patient! He gives explanations that are easy to understand and is very willing to answer any questions. He always listens to my concerns and worries. He is really up on all the new cancer treatments – thankfully! I have had 9 cancers so have been with Crispin for a few years now and I am so pleased that I was referred to him, as I could not ask for a better doctor. I would like to mention Dr Hiley’s secretary – Shamin – she really is the best! Kind, caring, unflappable and goes out of her way to help. She always will get the best appointment time that suits me! Crispin is lucky to have her that is for sure.
