All the staff were helpful and the experience reassuring as no immediate action deemed necessary. However, as a self funding patient, I found the fees and especially those for routine tests, exceedingly high and I will be returning to the care of the NHS.

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend

Efficient staff who are all good at their jobs. Surgeon (Dr. Sam) was also excellent and very quick with both cataract surgery and laser treatment. However I felt the discharge procedure at the end of treatment was a bit lax and suggest patients are given a letter or pamphlet to fully explain, for example is it in order to contact your opticians etc.

Facility is really clean and staff is welcoming and supportive.
