I was very impressed with my whole experience. Mr Scala’s approach was both warm and friendly. He put my mind at ease from my first assessment. He was thorough and communicative throughout my initial examination. By its very nature an eye operation can be unnerving. Again mr Scala’s approach and manner put me at my ease. There was music on in the background which gave my mind something to focus on. Throughout the operation mr Scala spoke to me explaining what was going on and what he was about to do. The nursing staff both pre and post op were superb. Mr Scala’s PA again was first class. Communication was warm, friendly, very helpful and professional. The outcome of my eye operation was very successful. Despite mr Scala being someone I hope I never have to see again 😊, I cannot praise him and his Team more highly.

I was absolutely terrified of the surgery having been told I had cataracts l in both eyes at a relatively young age. Mr Gonzalez was extremely reassuring, supportive and explained everything in great detail. He also took time discussing with me the best lens for me and the results are amazing. I am three days post second eye and 3 weeks post first eye and my life is changed completely and I cannot thank Mr Gonzales enough. I would recommend Mr Gonzalez on every level.
