For pre and post consultations I was seen by Mr. Aho in Devonshire Street whilst the operation was at The Princess Grace Hospital. My experience on all three occasions was very positive from Mr. Aho himself, staff and facilities.

Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

What sets her apart is her dedication—not just to cardiology, but to people. She treats her patients with kindness and respect, always making sure they feel supported. It’s rare to find someone so skilled yet so down-to-earth, and I feel incredibly lucky to have been under her care. If you’re looking for a cardiologist who is not only brilliant at what she does but also compassionate and approachable, Dr. Castiello is the one.

I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.
