I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I was a few minutes late for my first appointment so it was a little hurried but I didn't see the surgeon again, despite being advised he met customers after to operation and at the nest visit to remove stitches. My post-op advice was a little sketchy. I still have a further visit at one month after the op so hope to get some first-hand comments then. The anesthetist was expecially friendly and encouraging, as was Jules, who went out of her way to talk to me on my return for stitches removal.

Aurora Sang was my therapist, I cannot commend her enough. She has quite frankly changed my life, she is worth her weight in gold. she is so thorough, so understanding, so comforting and reassuring. I will genuinely miss her now that my sessions are over
