Care on the day very attentive

Over the past few years I have been to the Hospital on a number of occasions and have always found the standard of everything very good.

I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly

I have attended Spire Diagnostic Centre before and even on this occasion have found the building, location, parking, staff very very good. The building is clean and staff are helpful.

Excellent staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. They took the time to explain everything clearly and to chat to me to help me feel relaxed and reassured. Overall a superb team.
