Jade has created a safe, comfortable environment where my daughter feels she can talk openly and honestly. We have seen noticeable improvements in how she expresses herself and copes with difficult situations. We’re very grateful for Jade’s guidance and would highly recommend her to any other parents seeking support for their child’s emotional well-being.

I came to CATCH after struggling with addiction problems for many years. The 28 day rehab programme was truly life-changing. The compassionate therapists and supportive community provided the caring environment I needed to face my addiction head-on and develop healthier coping skills. I'm more than six months clean and sober now and things are getting better all the time.

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

The overall experience was very good but with some reservations about the amount of internal meetings the doctors and staff attend. In general the nurses and staff are very helpful. Of particular note was the excellent lower ward court manager Tahera Taurobally. She was always attentive and extremely helpful to my husband when he visited me. My only minor issue is that as flowers are allowed in the room could they please provide plastic vases. !! Careful consideration should be given to the high weekly costs for care.

Very welcoming reception and we did not wait long to be seen .
