Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and the team at Cleveland Clinic. From my very first consultation, Dr Panagiotopoulos demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I was understandably anxious about having a pericardial cyst removed, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, putting me at ease every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt truly cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. Dr Panagiotopoulos combines world-class surgical skill with a warm, approachable manner that inspires total confidence. Thanks to him, I’m now recovering well and finally free of the discomfort and uncertainty that came with the cyst. I’m incredibly grateful to have been in such capable hands. Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.
