Excellent care and facilities

Very friendly and helpful staff. The whole experience is very smooth.

We recently met Mr Alrifai to commence immunotherapy treatment for my husband. As soon as we walked through the door he instantly put us at ease with his wonderfully warm and caring smile. He has an incredibly kind and personable manner which is hugely appreciated. It is not easy commencing cancer treatment but Mr Alrifai took his time to make sure we knew exactly what the next steps looked like and to answer any questions we had no matter how big or small they were. We feel really fortunate and so very grateful to be under the care of such a lovely man.

Very nice space with considerate people.

Receptionists were on the phone and clearly acknowledged me when I sat down waiting for them to get off the phone. Bloke comes in and stands staring at them on the phone and they treat him as first in line. Incredibly insanely rude.

St John & St Elizabeth is a wonderful place for treatment, other than the imaging department. The Cardiac Suite team is exceptional.

I’m always have a good experience at the Clinic.

Although initially a 5 week period of radiotherapy treatment seemed very lengthy the receptionists ,the radiotherapy nurses,Laura and Dr Smith made it pass much more quickly with their very friendly and empathetic service.I would not hesitate to recommend the centre.
