I was advised to contact CP+R by my cardiologist and the nurses in the cardiac unit. I am so grateful that I did. 2 years post op, I am the fittest I have ever been - not knowing that I had a bicuspid aorta until the age of 65 had severely impacted by aerobic ability throughout my life.
