My overall experience on the visit to the Mole clinic was excellent and I would have no problem in recommending the clinic to family and friends. You perform a very valuable service and I hope you continue for many years to come.

I have been blown away by the outstanding service provided by every single member of staff. Amazing care givers. I could simply never return to any other hospital now I know the kind of care given at Blackheath. It really was exceptional.

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.
