My appointment was on time, waiting areas were spacious and tidy. Outpatient nurses and receptionists on the front desk were all friendly & helpful.

We have been very pleased with Held Health. The administrators are professional and we made further bookings following Dr Crabbs initial assessment.

From arrival to leaving the appointment, the staff are very respectful, welcoming and helpful. They also so a personable caring approach making you feel important as a person. This questionnaire hasn't allowed me to give feedback back for the therapist I have been seeing and saw today. I have had 25 weekly 1-1 therapy sessions (going to fortnightly recently) since 08th October 2024 with Alison Sampson. I would like to say she has turned my life round like no other therapist over the last 25 years has managed to do. She is the only person who understands my mental and ADHD wellbeing and characteristics. She has been amazing. Being able to read my face from when I first meet her at reception at an appointment on how my mood / inside I am feeling is an obvious skill she has. Then being able to support and suggest coping strategies and approaches based on my persona, is something I have never experienced before.

I wanted to say a huge thank you for all the help from Steph Halfyard Jones with my stress and anxiety over the last year, She has been absolutely amazing throughout this whole process and gone above and beyond in every way. The techniques she taught me have been game-changers - I'm catching negative thought spirals way earlier now any the coping strategies we practiced help me feel back to normal much quicker. I really appreciated how she made our sessions feel comfortable and always been there to support no matter how big or small the problem. Steph’s support has made such a difference in my life, and I'm feeling so much better equipped to handle whatever comes my way. Thank you again for everything! I will miss our sessions. Thank you so much for sending over these resources and the intervention list, it’s so incredibly helpful as a reminder of the tactics for future life issues. 10/10 therapist.
