Very satisfactory - people were really helpful

I recently had surgical removal of impacted teeth at OS Clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Every member of the team at OS Clinic went above and beyond. ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

Seen on time. It was a very warm day though and the reception area would benefit from better air conditioning or fans.
