Bim and her nursing Team were amazing from start to finish. Extremely professional, understanding and friendly, making me feel at ease straight away. Bim listened to my long ongoing medical problem and was able very quickly to help me get everything much more under control and to feel much better than I had in months. Amazing Team, hospital was lovely and very clean. Reception were very friendly. I found the whole experience a positive one and would recommend Bim & her nursing Team to everyone!

Dr Gupta was an exceptional gynaecologist and surgeon. I’ve been a patient of her for a few years and she’s always shown excellent knowledge, she’s taken the time to explain things clearly and at my pace (I ask a lot of questions!), she’s helped me to consider options by presenting facts and she’s has shown empathy and a professionalism which is a perfect combination. Dr Gupta has performed surgery on me twice to help with complex endometriosis - in 2023 and most recently in March 2025. Both surgeries were exceptional and really helped me to manage my complex endometriosis. In the recent surgery in March 2025, Dr Gupta had to act quickly and competently when she found my endometriosis was a lot worse than the MRI had shown and she managed the surgery exceptionally well under pressure and over a long time. I think it was a 5hr ish surgery. She brought in an expert bowel surgeon when she realised that I would need that support and I am so grateful to Dr Gupta for working so competently and in my best interests. I am grateful to Dr Gupta for managing my complex endometriosis over the past few years, advising me well, staying professional at all times and educating me so I was empowered to make my own decisions and performing such complex surgery twice and enabling me to live a life I would not be able to otherwise. I would highly recommend her for her professionalism, manner and expertise. She’s an excellent gynaecologist and surgeon.
