Very straight to the point and helpful advice and exercises that got me back on my feet and able to run the marathon this year which I thought was going to be out of the picture. Had a great experience with Hassan, who I saw for lower-back pain. I was in a lot of pain. Hassan was able to explain the issue and alleviate the pain more after each session until I was back to normal. Overall great experience and couldn't recommend enough.
