Excellent customer service, very helpful and caring staff, sufficient and swift treatment provided

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.

Calm and quiet

Very quick and expertly carried out the two consultation appointments and the treatment appointment. A very good experience eith this hospital.

Great service on the whole, a few of the night staff weren’t so attentive. Very clean, very quiet, nice to not be disturbed too often and good was excellent with lots of extra drinks on offer too Dorota was great and even went in search of a peppermint tea for me / Sylvia and Paula very helpful, approachable and friendly too. My consultant, who isn’t on your list : Mr Vathanan was excellent. Very personable, listened to me throughout and very professional

All members of staff are welcoming and take time to make sure you are comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

All I can say is wow...from beginning to end you guys were amazing thankyou so much
