From my very first consultation, Dr Panagiotopoulos demonstrated exceptional professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I was understandably anxious about having a pericardial cyst removed, but he took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, putting me at ease every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I felt truly cared for — not just as a patient, but as a person. Dr Panagiotopoulos combines world-class surgical skill with a warm, approachable manner that inspires total confidence. Thanks to him, I’m now recovering well and finally free of the discomfort and uncertainty that came with the cyst. I’m incredibly grateful to have been in such capable hands. Generally good. The receptionist where very helpful and Dr Osuji was excellent

Very friendly, attentive and efficient staff. Easy to park compared to most hospitals and the catering was very good. Only negative was the room was uncomfortably warm and would benefit from air conditioning. Overall an excellent experience and would be very happy to use this hospital again.
