I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and the team at Cleveland Clinic. Easy to make appointments. Things kept to time. Friendly staff. Finance staff extremely helpful to resolve BUPA unhelpful invoicing systems.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.
