I had a great experience with Mr Jacob from the initial consultation, to the surgery and post-op follow-up. My septoplasty surgery went smoothly and there was minimal pain and bruising throughout the entire recovery phase. I was able to return to full routines within 2 weeks. I would highly recommend Mr Jacob and his team!

Mr. Doddi was both professional and compassionate during my appointment. He took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and made thoughtful decisions about the next steps to help identify the underlying issue. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the holistic approach he took to my care. I felt genuinely listened to and well looked after.

Dr Bailey was very empathetic and listened patiently to my problem. She made me feel she understood how difficult it was for me and reassured me that it would get better. I found that very helpful and it made it very easy to talk to her and trust her.

My experience with Professor Kotecha has been great. From my first appointment to follow up after surgery he has explained everything in details. Also provided a card with his number to get directly in contact with him. Great experience from start to finish.

When I first started seeing Dr Lulsegged I was so sceptical about some of the treatments he was suggesting. I was at absolute rock bottom and had tried everything imaginable for Long Covid/ post viral fatigue/CFS/ME symptoms especially the debilitating fatigue. I could barely stand up or walk for more than a few minutes, and I only really left the house for doctors appointments. During the course of a few months Dr Lulsegged helped diagnose my MCAS and POTS (along with another cardiologist colleague) and I started taking a number of supplements/ medications that had little effect. Early on Dr Lulsegged had suggested a programme of 3 x antibiotics/antivirals followed by a strict elimination diet that completely cut histamines - I rejected this for many months as the cost of the medication was astronomical, and the thought of having to meal plan, do separate food shopping to the rest of the family and prepare fresh meals from scratch was far too huge a task - particularly when I barely had the energy to stand up in the kitchen, just grab readymade food for every then heading back to the sofa. (Also, I thought really how much can a “diet”help my condition - it’s like someone suggesting yoga or meditation when I just wanted a magic pill!!) So I ploughed on for many months seeing no improvement with everything else I had tried, until I was absolutely so desperate that I would try anything, I finally decided to give the programme a go. It was really painful at first, my gut and bowel reacted badly to the medications and change in diet and caused all sorts of new problems … however I pushed on. It was also incredibly difficult cooking all these fresh meals from scratch but I pulled up a chair to the stove and got on with it. The weeks went on and the more I did the programme, the more energy I found I had. I NEVER would have imagined I would have more energy by cutting things like caffeine and sugar - these were the things keeping me going! The months went on and I stopped having crashes, I left the house more, I had more energy. Honestly couldn’t believe it! My biggest roadblock was finding the strength to start this programme but once I did I’m so grateful as it has been the thing that’s made the most phenomenal change! And I’m talking two years of being practically bed ridden. I now feel on a firm path back to my old self and can’t recommend the programme enough. Thank you Dr Lulsegged for sticking with me despite my scepticism! It’s a long hard road, no magic pill (like I was looking for!) To anyone suffering similarly I would just say you really need to put in the work yourself but it will pay off in spades. It’s pricey, I spent a fortune on appointments and medications and the road is hard and long.. but the trade off is that I truly feel as close to “cured” as you possibly can be with a chronic illness like this!
