We have always had a good experience on the 12th floor at Royal Free.

All very good - clean, welcoming and organised.

From the moment you meet the reception staff until the appointment with the consultant, you are met with friendly and caring staff, treated with great dignity and respect. The appointments are always taken on time and the waiting rooms are very comfortable. This is an excellent hospital in every respect as the attention to detail is obvious.

Professor Ross Hunter is excellent—informative, knowledgable, thorough, and highly attentive. He provides in-depth feedback and explains things clearly, ensuring a full understanding. He is calm and concise and answered any questions I had. I was worried about some potential issues and he provided reassurance as well guidance on tests/scans which were booked in quickly. Really happy with the level of care and professionalism he provides. Thank you! His assistant Helen is also fab, efficient and follows up with correspondence in a timely manner. Over the past few years I have been to the Hospital on a number of occasions and have always found the standard of everything very good.

Everyone was extremely kind and friendly. I am extremely please with their prompt same day response to my request for an appointment and no waiting time when I got there. The Dr listened well and confirmed everything I suspected which my GP did not and therefore for 2 years have not been able to see anyone to investigate further as she blocked it. . The doctor immediately took me to a nurse after our consultation for immediate full bloods and requested further tests to be approved by bupa. He explained everything clearly. Can not fault the service - The level of service I received in comparison to NHS is like day and night, so I am extreamly appreciative.

Overall experience was very good.
