From my first enquiry, to initial consultation and procedure completion, the quality of care I received was excellent. Every member of staff contributed to me feeling safe and at ease.

Very prompt appointment, easy parking with friendly staff and very clean hospital

From the moment I had my initial first consultation with Mr Sheehan to my Cataract surgery with Mr El-Ashry the professionalism in making me at ease was second to none, I was by far not the easiest of patients to due a extremely sensitive right eye to artificial light but they had the patience to make things more bearable. After 8 weeks I had a minor complication but the aftercare was perfect too and my eye now sees 20 20 for the first time in my life, totally life changing as I can now play sport with no need for glasses!!

Exemplary caring and treatment. A few uncomfortable after effects which have now, almost completely, settled down.

Generally good. The receptionist where very helpful and Dr Osuji was excellent

Efficient staff who are all good at their jobs. Surgeon (Dr. Sam) was also excellent and very quick with both cataract surgery and laser treatment. However I felt the discharge procedure at the end of treatment was a bit lax and suggest patients are given a letter or pamphlet to fully explain, for example is it in order to contact your opticians etc.
