The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.

After being diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, I struggled to understand what was causing me to have a bloated stomach, diarrhea and lack of energy. After finding Melody's webpage I got in touch and she has been a great help with understanding more about my gut health. She introduced me to the microbiome tests that provided much needed information to fully understand my body and home into the factors causing the array of day to day struggles that I had. Taking a step back and cutting things out of my diet, such as diary products has made a huge difference. The supplements Melody recommended have also improved my energy levels and my gut health. Melody has been such a great help and I'm glad I got in touch with her. I feel more energised and I understand my gut more and I don't have the constant worry in the back of my mind nowadays. Reviewing the test results with Melody also helped me understand that my diet wasn't all bad but I just needed a helping hand in homing in on a few things to improve my vitamin levels within my body. Understanding that the smallest of changes to my diet has worked. I would highly recommend working with Melody to address any nutritional issues. I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.

A top class service from Ritchie and Dr Chris. I had no prior knowledge of TRT before finding Urban TRT and the amount of help and information I received was second to none. Emails are answered really quick at all times of the day or night by Ritchie. I had no hesitation about starting TRT with this company at all.
