Seeking Dr. Pinak Ray's expertise for my unstable ankle was the best decision I could have made. His professionalism was immediately apparent, coupled with a comprehensive knowledge that gave me complete confidence. The diagnostic process was remarkably efficient – an MRI on the same day as my initial appointment, followed by a surgery appointment within a week, showcasing his dedication and swift action. Dr. Ray demonstrated exceptional patient care, ensuring I felt informed and supported at every stage. I must also extend my sincere thanks to the excellent Circle staff, who were consistently kind and helpful, and to the dedicated physiotherapy team, whose expert guidance has been instrumental in my recovery. Now, two months post-operatively, my recovery is progressing exceptionally well, and I'm regaining full mobility. I confidently and enthusiastically recommend Dr. Ray and his entire team to anyone seeking expert orthopaedic care.

I can highly recommend Mr Pinak Ray for Bunion surgery. He was supper clear from the onset & was more than happy to catch up after my initial consultation to answer further questions & concerns I had . I certainly did not feel pressured into my surgery, quite the contrary! Mr Ray wanted me to be very sure surgery was my best option, as this type of surgery is not for the faint hearted & needs to be really considered. The operation itself was carried out without any complications & I am very happy with the quality of his surgery-my scar is very neat. Mr Ray kept me well informed what to expect before & after surgery & I have also been clearly advised on my recovery programme. All in all I felt I was in very safe & capable hands & Mr Ray is a lovely man to boot!
Thank you very much for your kind words. I’m really pleased that you are doing well.

I underwent foot surgery in July 2024. Mr Ray explained the whole procedure, which he adapted to suit my understanding, even relating it to my previous career. It was easy to understand and I felt I knew the risks involved and the possible outcomes. This enabled an informed decision on my part and also understanding of the recovery process as well. His professionalism was excellent and his bedside manner reassuring . The aftercare I received was excellent, and the support provided was so helpful. Overall the whole experience was made better for me personally by such a considerate, talented surgeon. I can now walk again, further then I could walk previously, and I would say my quality of life has improved significantly.

I reported an unknown ankle issue to Mr Ray, which, following his inspection and subsequent recommendations for an MRI, meant that to avoid early-onset arthritis I required a lateral ligament reconstruction to my right ankle. My feedback is: - Mr Ray displayed impressive capability in his understanding, explanation and recommendations. Which was underpinned by a friendly and engaging bedside manner. In addition, when I emailed Mr Ray with questions about the operation and recovery, he replied promptly in at least 24 hours. - On the day of the operation I was very nervous about the procedure, but Mr Ray and the attending medical staff were exceptionally helpful in reducing my anxiety. - On the day after the operation, he provided clear explanations of how it had gone. - Since the operation, I have had two meetings with Mr Ray - cast off after two weeks and a routine check in about five weeks after the operation - and both have been very helpful delivering clear clinical assessments. Overall, I think Mr Ray has provided excellent service and I feel very lucky to have had his expertise to correct this problem on my ankle.
Thank you for your kind words. Happy new year and hope you are making progress everyday.
