In addition to being very knowledgeable, she is kind and patient, really listens to your concerns and preferences and gives great personalised advice. She's made the whole process easy and enjoyable and the small tweaks she suggested were easy to incorporate into a busy schedule. I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.
