Everything was good

All helpful and friendly but had to wait for appointment due to needing to take another hospital call

I have always found the Nuffield Hospital to be very professional and efficient

I have no criticism off any aspe t of my experience

All the staff I had contact with were very supportive especially in theatre area. However I felt the cleanliness of my room although clean to start with this standard was not kept up during my 36 hour stay. My gown and dirty sheets were just left on the floor throughout and no bin was emptied or bathroom cleaned which surprised me.

Very pleasant expr, from start to finish. Hawa the secretary was very helpful and easily contactable. Professor Scott was also very personable, pleasant, informative and explained everything in a clear manner. I felt as though I was in the best possible hands.
