A fantastic hospital with a lovely atmosphere, where all the staff are very friendly and empathetic. The single rooms are wonderfully quiet allowing you to rest and recover more easily. Thank you for looking after an NHS patient ☺️

Excellent and professional and very helpful

The clinic was spotless. Receptionists so helpful. All the professional people were spot on.

Receptionist would perhaps benefit from some customer service training. But overall everything was fine.

Pleasant and professional

All staff at the Nuffield were professional and caring. I experienced a short delay for surgery due to a misunderstanding regarding medication. I had cause to return to the hospital over a medical concern but I was give an appointment the same day and treated by a Doctor promptly on arrival. The catering staff also deserve mentioning as the food was delicious and delivered with a smile!

I was well looked after in comfortable surroundings with good care from all hospital staff.
