Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

The team at the Lister at The Portland was fabulous. Unlike other clinics, you were not just a number and put through a machine. Check-in staff knew my first name, emails were replied to quickly, ad hoc requests accommodated with no fuss. Everyone was friendly, kind, and empathetic. Nurses were super patient with demonstrating how to administer medication, re-checking dosages etc, theatre personnel were full of levity and, when appropriate, seriousness. Finance staff were super keen to help too. The emergency line was a huge help and no question or situation too minor.

I’ve been consistently impressed with the exceptional services provided by Hooke. Their approach to preventative healthcare is second to none, offering a comprehensive and proactive solution to ensure long-term well-being. I had a consultation with ENT consultant and he was so knowledgable, very good at explaining and very helpful. Extremely impressed & delighted with consultation. I felt that i was well informed on the benefits and risks of the treatment. The chiswick nurses are very friendly and welcoming. they go above and beyond in helping me on that day as i was anxious before seeing the consultant.
